How to Complain

Acknowledgement

All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days of receipt.

Formal Complaints

A complaint may be made verbally, in writing, or electronically.

  • If a complaint is made verbally, the recipient must make a written record of the complaint and provide a copy to the complainant.
