We now offer telephone triage as the first step in our appointment process.

• One of our clinicians will speak with you over the phone to assess your needs.
• If necessary, a face-to-face appointment will be arranged following the triage.

This approach helps us ensure you receive the most appropriate care as quickly and safely as possible.
