New Patient Registrations

New patients are welcome to visit the practice between 1pm – 4 pm (Monday- Friday) to obtain the necessary forms for registration and for further information on the practice. You will be asked to provide the following:

  • Photo ID (Passport, Driving license)
  • Proof of address (Gas bill, Electric bill, Tenancy agreement etc)

Photocopies will be taken of these and a NPHC (New Patient Health Check) appointment will be made for you with the nurse.

Please allow up to 14 working days for you to be put on to our system.

The practice catchment area is London E17 and E10 parts of E4 (Chingford) E11 (Leytonstone & Wanstead) and E18 (South Woodford).

Online Registrations

Our practice is offering online registration, this is open to all residents in Waltham Forest. Please check that your postcode is within our catchment area.

To register visit http://www.eastlondonregistergp.nhs.uk enter your postcode and choose from the selection. You will be asked to fill a form and submit your personal information so we can register you. Your registration will be processed within 2 working days. If you want to come in person to register, we will be happy to help you, please contact reception on 0333 332 2221 for more information.

NHS General Practice services are extremely busy as coronavirus infection rates continue to rise; however, we will continue to help you receive urgent and non-urgent medical care when you need it.

Most consultations are over the phone or via video link. This is to keep everyone safe, and most patients have found this to be very convenient.
Following the initial telephone or video consultation, if a face-to-face consultation is felt to be necessary, this will be arranged without delay.
You can also contact 111, day or night, for other urgent health advice – including concerns about Covid-19 symptoms.
Please remember that 999 and A&E are for emergencies only.
The practice offers extended hours GP service during the evenings and weekends.
