Making an appointment online

The practice also offers the options of booking appointments through the internet. These appointments are for routine (i.e. non urgent) matters and offers patients the convenience of booking at any time. This option is provided via the EMIS access service. Please click Patient Access or E-Life if you are already registered with the service. If you would like to be registered for the online appointments option, please contact us.

MY GP APP

Download our new appointment bookings app to your smartphone for free. myGP was developed to make access to healthcare easier and faster for patients. Once downloaded, simply log-in with your date of birth and mobile number and add the people you care for, allowing you to book and cancel appointments for them. NHS General Practice services are extremely busy as coronavirus infection rates continue to rise; however, we will continue to help you receive urgent and non-urgent medical care when you need it.

Most consultations are over the phone or via video link. This is to keep everyone safe, and most patients have found this to be very convenient.
Following the initial telephone or video consultation, if a face-to-face consultation is felt to be necessary, this will be arranged without delay.
You can also contact 111, day or night, for other urgent health advice – including concerns about Covid-19 symptoms.
Please remember that 999 and A&E are for emergencies only.
The practice offers extended hours GP service during the evenings and weekends.
